It is only to be accessed and used for official government business by authorized individuals. Unauthorized use of this system is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination, and be subject to civil and/or criminal penalties.

As a reminder, the State has the right to monitor, log and/or recover all activity with or without notice on this system. Therefore, users should be aware there is no expectation of privacy in the use of this system under the current CDSS information security policies.
